These Terms of Service govern your use of the Atelier platform operated by Atelier ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Atelier, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us immediately at [email protected].
You may use Atelier for legitimate business and creative purposes. You agree not to use the platform to:
You own the content you upload to Atelier. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process it solely for the purpose of providing you with the service. We do not claim ownership of your work and do not use it for any purpose outside of delivering Atelier to you.
We aim to keep Atelier available and reliable. We perform maintenance windows when needed and will provide notice in advance when possible. We are not liable for downtime that falls outside our reasonable control.
You may stop using Atelier and close your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your content will be retained for 90 days before deletion, giving you time to export it.
To the extent permitted by law, Atelier is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
